Because leases tend to be landlord-favorable, when we represent tenants, we ensure that we take the time to explain all relevant provisions to our clients so that they understand what they’re signing up for.
LANDLORD / TENANT DISPUTES
Landlord/tenant disputes typically arise when the terms of a lease are not fulfilled. For example, in the event a tenant is late on rent payments or a landlord unlawfully withholds a tenant’s security deposit, a dispute can develop between parties.
